Free for everyone, forever. No card, no trial, no upgrade nagging.
For any adult 18 or over going through a hard time — illness, bereavement, burnout, a new baby, a big change. The person at the centre of a circle never pays anything. Contributors give only what they choose.
- A private circle, visible only to people you invite
- A wishlist built from our catalogue or written in your own words
- One invite link you can reset the moment it stops feeling right
- Privacy switches: decide whether contributors see each other's names and notes
- Pause your circle when you need quiet, delete it permanently whenever you like
- No adverts, no upsells, no selling of your data — ever

Pricing depends on the number of people you cover and what you need from us.
For employers, insurers and other organisations that want a practical wellbeing benefit alongside their existing support. One price for the organisation; your people never pay a penny.
- Every employee gets a free personal circle, on the same terms as anyone else
- People join with their work email; starting a circle takes a few minutes
- A single quarterly report: aggregated and anonymised, nothing else
- Groups of fewer than 10 people are never reported on
- No monitoring of any kind — we never tell an employer who started a circle or what they asked for
- Set up usually within a week, with a named contact at Circle
Why it's free for people
Running Circle isn't free to us — there are payment processing fees when contributions are made, and people who check wishlist items to keep the platform safe. Those costs are covered by the organisations that use Circle as a workplace benefit, not by the person who needs help. That's why we never charge a recipient, never show adverts, and never sell or hand over personal data.
What money never buys here
No tier — free or paid — opens up anything we don't allow in the first place. Circle has no adult services, no alcohol, no gambling, and no cash or gift cards. Wishlist items are checked before they appear, and the same rules apply whether Circle is being used by one person or by ten thousand.
